Want to add some energy to your noon run? Meet us Mondays at 12:15 for the T. Boone Pickens YMCA's first Running Club. This is your chance to meet new friends, run new routes and take your training to the next level. Everyone could use a little boost sometimes. Join us for yours!
Runs will be approximately 3 to 6 miles long with distance and speed options for everyone. So, if you are training for your first Turkey Trot 5K or trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon, add this noon run to your training schedule.
After you finish each run, check in with the coach to receive supplemental information on everything from nutrition and strength training for runners to recovery and stretching tips. Each week we will provide you with new tips to help improve your fitness on and off the running trails.
