mend

mend is an effective 10-week program that uses techniques developed by health experts to help 7 to 13 year old children who are above their ideal weight, and their parents, learn about food and discover fun ways to get fit.  Twice a week (Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings), for two hours, children and parents together find out how to be fit and healthy with proven, long lasting results.  The next session begins September 25th.
