Then this program is for you!

GROUP PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM

6 Week Program
Mondays
August 30 - October 4, 2010
6:00 - 7:00 PM

Join our Fitness Staff for this 6 week program.  During the program you will receive coaching as you learn healthier habits in a group setting. 

The program is free to members.  Click here for a registration form.  Sign up at the Welcome Center on the 3rd floor by Thursday, August 26th.
